Mr. Ng Wai King Is NonExecutive Independent Director of the Company, since September 20, 2018. Mr Ng is the Managing Partner of WongPartnership. Mr Ng graduated from the National University of Singapore where he was awarded the AV Winslow Prize, and obtained a LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law where he graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Mr Ng emerged as one of the 10 winners of the Financial Times AsiaPacific Innovative Lawyers Outstanding Individuals Awards 2016, and was named winner of the International Law Office Client Choice Awards 2015 for the MA category in Singapore.
