Mrs. Lim Sok Hui is NonExecutive NonIndependent Director of the Company since December 1, 2015. Mrs Chng Sok Hui is the Chief Financial Officer of DBS Group, and a member of the DBS Group Executive Committee. Prior to this appointment in 2008, she was the Managing Director and Head of Risk Management at DBS Group and held the position for six years. Mrs Chng serves as Supervisor of the Board of DBS Bank Limited. Mrs Chng is appointed by the Ministry of Finance to serve on the Board of The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. She also serves on the International Integrated Reporting Council and the Industry Advisory Board, NUS Centre for Future Ready Graduates. She is also a ViceChairman of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association. Mrs Chng previously served on the Boards of Bank of the Philippine Islands, Housing Development Board and was a Member of the Accounting Standards Council. Mrs Chng is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Financial Risk Manager, an IBF Distinguished Fellow as well as a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore. Mrs Chng was the recipient of Asia Risks Risk Manager of the Year Award in 2002 and was the recipient of The Asian Bankers Inaugural Risk Manager of the Year Award in 2012. Mrs Chng was named best CFO at the Singapore Corporationrationrate Awards 2013 and Accountant of the Year in the inaugural Singapore Accountancy Awards in 2014. She is a member of the International Womens Forum . since 2015.
