Mr. Kevin Kwok is an NonExecutive Independent Director of Singapore Exchange Limited., since September 20, 2012. He is also a director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committees of Wheelock Properties Ltd and Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust Management Ltd. He was a Senior Partner of Ernst Young LLP in Singapore and retired after 35 years with the firm. He was the Head of the firms Assurance Services in Singapore and ASEAN. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sheffield. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Malaysian Institute of Taxation. Mr Kwok is also a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He is Chairman of the Accounting Standards Council of Singapore and a Fellow and recently retired Council member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. since 2012.
