Mr. Kenneth Bowles is Group Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of the Company. He was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in April 2016. He joined the Company in 1994 and has occupied a number of finance based roles in both Monaco and Dublin. In 2004 he was appointed as the Groups first Head of Compliance, in 2007 he became the Groups Head of Tax and in 2010 he was appointed Group Financial Controller. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a first class MBA from the UCD Graduate School of Business. since 2016.
