Mr. John Joseph Moloney serves as Independent NonExecutive Director of the Company. John served as Group Managing Director of Glanbia plc from 2001 until he retired from this position in November 2013. He graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science in 1978 and was awarded an MBA in 1988 from National University of Ireland Galway. In 2011, he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Science degree from UCD. since 2013.
