In 1992 she started her career at EY as Senior Auditor and in 1998 she joined the Gucci Group to take up a number of different roles, growing internally amongst these Controller, Chief Financial Offi cer Executive Vice President. From 2013 to 2015 Micaela le Divelec Lemmi had the position of Guccis Executive Vice President Chief Corporationrationrate Operations Offi cer, overseeing the departments Human Resources, Legal, Corporationrationrate Security, Corporationrationrate Social Responsibility Corporationrationrate Compliance. In 2014 she also assumed the role of CEO of Richard Ginori, a subsidiary of Kering, until 2015. In March 2015 she was nominated Guccis Executive Vice President Chief Consumer Offi cer. Micaela le Divelec Lemmi joined Salvatore Ferragamo as General Manager in April 2018. Since 2016 she was a member of the Board of Directors of Beni Stabili S.p.A. SIIQ and since 2017 a member of the Board of Directors of Pitti Immagine S.r.l. since 2018.
