He was President and CEO since March 5, 2007, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since December 31, 2007. He no longer serves as Divisional President, Security Services Europe at the Company effective as of August 26, 2015. He has held this position since January 1, 2013. He also was President of Mobile Division of the Company between July 8, 2010 and September 1, 2010. He is Chairman of the Board of Ligue Internationale de Societes de Surveillance and Loomis AB, and Member of the Boards of Hexpol AB and Axel Johnson Inc., United States. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NCC AB from 2001 to 2007 Chief Executive Officer of Svedala Industri AB from 2000 to 2001 Business Area Manager at Cardo Rail between 1998 and 2000, and President of Swedish Rail Systems AB in the Scancem Group from 1993 to 1998. He holds International BS degree in Economics and Business Administration from Goteborgs Universitet.
