In 2016, ResourceAmmirati was sold to IBM to become part of IBM iX, one of the worlds largest digital consultancy agencies. Ms. Mooney authored The Open Brand in 2008, foreseeing the impact of social media on brand building, and The Ten Demandments in 2002, expressing the newly empowered voice of the internetenabled consumer since 2018.
