Mr. Carr was also a cofounder and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Esoteric Laboratories until it was acquired by publiclyheld Sonic Healthcare Limited. Prior to that, Mr. Carr was President and a director of AmeriPath, Inc., a publiclytraded anatomic pathology company since 2004.
