Mr. Jose Paim de Andrade, Jr. serves as Director of Rossi Residencial S.A. He was the Chairman of the Board of Rosso Residencial S.A. from April 20, 2016. Founder and CEO of the Company for 20 years until 2000. He was also President of Prudential Icat in 2002. In 2003, Jos Paim founded Maxcap Real Estate Investment Advisors Ltda., which currently has a joint venture with Bank of AmericaMerrill Lynch, through which it holds investments in three realestate developers and over 30 realestate projects across Brazil. Creator and President of MaxcasaMaxHaus, a company developing urban projects with unique design, technology and scale. He graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and received a graduate degree in Business Administration and Foreign Trade from Fundacao Getulio Vargas . since 2016.
