Mr. Richard D. Fain Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. Mr. Fain has served as director since 1981 and as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1988. Mr. Fain was involved in the shipping industry for over 40 years. Mr. Fain is a recognized industry leader, having participated in cruising for 30 years and having held a number of prominent industry positions, such as Chairman of the Cruise Lines International Association, the largest cruise industry trade association. He is also actively engaged in civic organizations dedicated to the betterment of our community. He currently serves as Chairman of the University of Miami Board of Trustees as well as on the National Board of the Posse Foundation. He is also former chairman of the Miami Business Forum, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the United Way of MiamiDade. since 2022.
