Mr. James H. Erlinger, III is a Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. He has served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel since January 2013 and as our Secretary since February 2013. Prior to joining us, he spent over 27 years practicing corporate law at Bryan Cave, LLP, a multinational law firm. Mr. Erlinger focused his practice on outsourcing, healthcare, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and capital formation since 2013.
