Mr. Manuel J. Perez De La Mesa is Vice Chairman of the Board of Pool Corporationrationration, effective December 31, 2018. Mr. Perez de la Mesa served as our president and chief executive officer from 2001 until his retirement at the end of 2018 he served as our president and chief operating officer from 1999 to 2001. Prior to leading Pool Corporationrationration, he gained extensive general, financial and operations management experience with Watsco, Inc. from 1994 to 1999, Fresh Del Monte Produce B.V. from 1987 to 1994, International Business Machines Corporationration from 1982 to 1987, and SeaLand Service Inc.R.J.
