Mr. Stephen E. Sterrett is no longer Independent Director of the Company, effective May 2019. He retired as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Indianapolisbased Simon Property Group, Inc., an SP 100 company, in December 2014. Mr. Sterrett joined the Simon organization in 1988, was named Treasurer in 1993, and was the Chief Financial Officer from 2000 until his retirement. Prior to joining Simon Property Group, Inc., he was a Senior Manager with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Sterrett serves on the boards of Berry Plastics Group, Inc. and Equity Residential since 2014.
