Ms. Elizabeth Ryder is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the NEXSTAR MEDIA GROUP, INC. She was appointed as our Executive Vice President and General Counsel in January 2017. Prior to that, Ms. Ryder served as Nexstars Senior Vice President and General Counsel from November 2013 to January 2017 and served as Secretary since January 2013 and Vice President and General Counsel from May 2009 to November 2013. Prior to joining Nexstar, Ms. Ryder served as Vice President Legal Affairs at First Broadcasting Operating, Inc.
