He is Commissioner on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission and is the longtime Solicitor for the Republican Committee of Chester County and the Chester County Police Chiefs Association. Mr. Frank is General Counsel for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. since 2018.

Mid Penn Bancorp Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Mid Penn's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Mid Penn inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Mid. The board's role is to monitor Mid Penn's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
