Mr. Walter M. Macnee is Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board, Center for Inclusive Growth of the Company. In this capacity, Mr. Macnee oversees various senior client, government and merchant relationships and plays a central role in steering the Company strategy toward the wider merchant community and other key stakeholders in the payments industry. Prior to being appointed to his current position, he was President, International Markets, with responsibility for all markets and customerrelated activities outside of the United States from January 2009 until August 2011. From 2001 to 2004, he was President of MasterCard Canada. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Macnee served as Executive Vice President, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, in Toronto.
