Mr. Tim Petterson is Director of Slater Mining Corporationration He has resigned from the position of Vice President Corporationrationrate Development of the Company with effect from 29 February 2012. Mr. Petterson worked for 15 years in both mining consultancy and investment banking in London. He has held several senior positions including head of global mining research at HSBC and more latterly ABN AMRO before becoming ABN AMRO head of panEuropean equity research. Mr. Petterson moved to Canada five years ago. Until recently Mr. Petterson was president and director of Zoloto Resources and prior to that he was managing director mining at Kingsdale Capital Markets in Vancouver. since 2012.
