Ms. Tina Miller is appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, effective August 1, 2019. She is our Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and has recently been appointed our interim Principal Financial Officer. She joined Lithia in 2005 working in Internal Audit and Corporationrationrate Accounting before being promoted to Director in 2010. Before Lithia, Tina worked as an auditor at Ernst Young, one of the Big Four accounting firms. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Oregon. Tina leadership and passion for accounting plays an important role in advancing our company. since 2019.

Lithia Motors Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Lithia Motors' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Lithia Motors inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Lithia. The board's role is to monitor Lithia Motors' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Lithia Motors' inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Lithia Motors' outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
