Mr. Lai Yat Kwong is Acting Chief Executive Officer Chief Financial Officer Executive Director of Kantone Holdings Ltd. He is also the Chief Financial Officer and an executive director of Champion Technology as well as a nonexecutive director of Digital HK. He joined the Champion Technology group in March 1994 as Vice President of Internal Audit and Control. In July 1997 he took on responsibility as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has over 42 years of experience in accounting auditing and company secretarial matters. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants . Since January 2013 he was an independent nonexecutive director of Chinalco Mining Corporation International shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Exchange. He was also an independent nonexecutive director of Trony Solar Holdings Company Limited from October 2011 to February 2013.
