Mr. Kan Kin Leung is NonExecutive Director of Kantone Holdings Ltd. since June 2001. He is the Chief Executive Officer and an executive director of Champion Technology as well as a nonexecutive director of Digital HK. He is responsible for formulating the Champion Technology groups overall policy and development strategy as well as its global operations and management. Prior to joining the Champion Technology group in 1988 Mr. Kan held management positions in several international companies in Hong Kong. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Dalhousie University in Canada and a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Alberta in Canada. In 2006 Mr. Kan completed the Oxford Advanced Management Programme at the Sad Business School of the University of Oxford. Mr. Kan is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Information Technology Industry Council the Vice Chairman of Hong Kong IT Alliance as well as the Chairman of its IT Committee. He serves on Internet Professional Association as Honorary Secretary and a Council Member since 2001.

Kantone Holdings Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Kantone Holdings' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Kantone Holdings inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Kantone.
