Mr. Neal is a founder of and advisor to Acasta Enterprises Inc., a special purpose acquisition company. Mr. Neal serves on the advisory board of Georgia Techs Sam Nunn School of International Affairs. Mr. Neal is also a trustee of Georgia Techs GT Foundation. Mr. Neal graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
