Mr. Glenn H. Schiffman is a Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of IACInteractivecorp. Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Schiffman served as Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets business of Guggenheim Partners, since March 2013. Prior to his tenure at Guggenheim Securities, Mr. Schiffman was a partner at The Raine Group, a merchant bank focused on advising and investing in the technology, media and telecommunications industries, from September 2011 to March 2013. Prior to joining The Raine Group, Mr. Schiffman served as CoHead of the Global Media group at Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2007 and Head of Investment Banking AsiaPacific at Lehman Brothers from April 2007 to January 2010, as well as Head of Investment Banking, Americas from January 2010 to April 2011 for Nomura. Mr. Schiffman roles at Nomura followed Nomura acquisition of Lehman Asia business in 2008. In his notforprofit affiliations, Mr. Schiffman is a member of the National Committee on United StatesChina Relations and serves as a Member of the Board of Visitors for the Duke University School of Medicine. Mr. Schiffman has served on the boards of directors of Match Group, Inc. and ANGI Homeservices Inc. since September 2016 and June 2017, respectively. since 2016.
