Mr. Daniel T. Henry has resigned as Independent Director of the Company. effective 8 June 2016. Mr. Henry was the Chief Financial Officer of American Express Company from October 2007 through July 2013. Mr. Henry was responsible for leading American Express Companys finance organization and representing American Express to investors lenders and rating agencies. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Consumer Small Business and Merchant Services and joined American Express as Comptroller in 1990. Prior to joining American Express Mr. Henry was a Partner with Ernst Young LLP. Mr. Henry graduated from Iona College and received his Masters of Business Administration from Hofstra University. Mr. Henry also serves as a director and member of the audit committee of The Hanover Insurance Group and a director and member of the audit and compensation committees of Veritiv Corporation . since 2012.
