Ms. Ann Mather is Independent Director of Alphabet Inc. She has served as a member of our Board of Directors since November 2005. Prior to her service at Pixar, Ann was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Village Roadshow Pictures, the film production division of Village Roadshow Limited. Ann holds a Master of Arts degree from Cambridge University in England, is an honorary fellow of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, and is a chartered accountant.
