From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Thorne served as Chairman and CEO of eCollege.com, a thenpublicly traded provider of outsourced eLearning solutions, and he previously served as CEO of Commerce Clearing House Inc. and as a director of ShopperTrak and MachineryLink. Mr. Thorne currently serves as a director of Helix Education, Inc.
