Ms. Rita Louise Tuzon is Executive Vice President and Corporationrationrate General Counsel of the Company. Ms. Tuzon also oversees legal and business affairs for many functional areas, including corporate, distribution, digital, operational MA, privacy, standards and practices, business development, music, advertising sales and content sales. Before the March 2019 spin off of FOX by 21st Century Fox and the establishment of FOX as a standalone public company, Ms. Tuzon served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Fox Networks Group, where she supervised business and legal affairs for FNGs broadcast, cable and digital properties, as well as several business operations units. Fox Networks Group included Fox Broadcasting Company, FX Networks, FOX Sports Media Group, Fox Digital Media, and National Geographic Partners. Ms. Tuzon also oversaw the business and legal affairs of the international divisions of Fox Networks Group, headquartered in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Ms. Tuzon has served on numerous boards, including National Geographic Channel, and was part of the founding team of BTN on whose board she still serves. Earlier, Ms. Tuzon spent seven years as Senior Vice President of Litigation for Fox Group, where she managed litigation affecting many of Fox Entertainment Groups key companies, including 20th Century Fox Television, Fox Television Studios, Fox Television Stations, Fox Cable Networks and Twentieth Television. Before that, she was a litigation partner for five years at the entertainment and commercial law firm of Hill Wynne Troop and Meisinger since 2019.
