Mr. Michael Biard is President, Operations and Distribution of the Company. In this role, he oversees the companys multiplatform content distribution for all its brands, including FOX Entertainment, FOX News and FOX Sports, and manages all aspects of distribution with the FOXaffiliated television stations in over 200 markets. Mr. Biard also oversees several operational areas, including real estate, security and the FOX Studios Lot in Los Angeles. Working with FOX Sports and FOX Entertainment, Mr. Biard is part of the team that manages content acquisition and related strategies across the company. Mr. Biard previously served as President, Distribution for Fox Networks Group, overseeing every aspect of distribution for the companys television brands Fox Broadcasting Company, FX, FOX News, FOX Sports and National Geographic. Over nearly two decades at Fox, Mr. Biard played a key role in the growth of the networks group, including the development of the leading portfolio of regional sports networks, the successful launch and acquisition of FOX Sports 1 and FOX Sports 2, FXX, National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo WILD, Nat Geo Mundo, BTN, FOX College Sports and FOX Soccer Plus. Before joining Fox, Mr. Biard was a practicing attorney in the Los Angeles area. He graduated from Columbia University with a bachelors degree in biologypsychology. He earned a Jurist Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Mr. Biard serves on the board of BTN. He is also a director on the board of the T. Howard Foundation and a member of the board of the CTAM Educational Foundation.
