Ms. Emily J. Reynolds is an Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Reynolds has had an extensive career in public service and politics since 1980. In 2003, she was elected by the United States Senate to serve as the 31st Secretary of the Senate, a post in which she managed the Senates legislative, financial and administrative operations for the 108th and 109th Congresses. Currently, she serves as the ViceChair of the Tennessee Board of Regents, a position she has held since July 2013, and on the board of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. She also previously served as Senior Vice President of Government Relations for the Tennessee Valley Authority from 2007 until 2013 and as the former Board Chairman of the Ladies Hermitage Association . She is currently assisting that foundation with the development efforts for the new Tennessee State Museum. since 2017.
