Additionally, Ms. Witteman served as inhouse counsel for Sega GameWorks, a locationbased entertainment company, guiding the company in the areas of private offerings, equipment and bank financing, intellectual property, employment, equity plan administration and corporate governance. Ms. Witteman received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and her law degree from UCLA School of Law. since 2012.
