Ms. Stacy LoretzCongdon is independent director of the company. From January 2003 to December 2006, Ms. LoretzCongdon served as CoreMarks Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and from November 1999 to January 2003 served as CoreMarks Corporationrationrate Treasurer. Ms. LoretzCongdon joined CoreMark in 1990. Ms. LoretzCongdons experience at CoreMark included oversight of all finance functions, including all corporate finance disciplines, strategy execution, risk mitigation, investor relations, as well as involvement with benefits, executive compensation and technology initiatives. During her tenure as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ms. LoretzCongdon served on the Information Technology Steering Committee and the Investment Committee at CoreMark, as well as a board member of all CoreMark subsidiaries. CoreMark is a Fortune 500, publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ Global Market. In 2015, Ms. LoretzCongdon was named as one of the Top 50 female CFOs in the Fortune 500 by Business Insider and Woman of the Year by Convenience Store News. Prior to joining CoreMark, Ms. LoretzCongdon was an auditor for Coopers Lybrand. Ms. LoretzCongdon received her BS degree in Accounting from California State University, San Francisco. She is a certified public accountant in the State of California since 2018.
