Mr. Ettore J. Coringrato, Jr. is a Independent Director of the Company. He has served as a director of the Company since June 2016. He is currently a Board member of Nanowave Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of microwave and millimeterwave components and high power solid state transmitreceive subsystems for commercial aerospace, defense, medical, communications and industrial applications, and served as a Senior Advisor to Nanowave from January 2014 to January 2016. From January 2005 until its sale to Avago Technologies in June 2013, Mr. Coringrato served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Board member of CyOptics, Inc., a designer and fabricator of optical communications components across enterprise, datacenter, access, metro and longhaul market segments, and he was Vice President of Business Development for CyOptics from February 2003 through December 2004. From 2000 until 2003, Mr. Coringrato was cofounder and served as Chief Financial Officer of CENiX, Inc., an optical startup that developed highspeed optical modules using an automated manufacturing platform. He also worked for 18 years at ATT and Lucent Technologies in its Microelectronics Group where he held positions in engineering, marketing and sales, strategic planning, business development and product management. Mr. Coringrato served as a Board member of Luna Innovations Incorporated from May 2015 to May 2016. He holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems Management, and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University since 2016.
