He was also appointed Chairman of the Board of Managers in May, 2015. He received his BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas AM University in 1984 and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. The members of the general partner of our general partner have determined that Mr. McManemins extensive and varied professional experience in petroleum engineering, extensive history of managing the majority of the properties held by the Partnership, as well as his strong executive management skills, qualify him to continue to serve on the Board of Managers. since 2001.
