Ms. Helene Loraine Fisher serve as President Danya International LLC of the Company. Ms. Fisher was appointed as President of our Danya International LLC subsidiary effective January 3, 2017. Ms. Fisher has extensive industry experience working on high profile federal government programs. Prior to joining DLH, from 2013 to December 2016 she held leadership positions with MAXIMUS Federal Solutions, LLC as Vice PresidentProgram Director, including responsibility for operations and program performance of a major initiative for the Department of Health and Human Services and several Federal Civilian agencies. Previously, she held the position of Vice President, Federal Healthcare Defense Homeland Security Solutions with Xerox Federal Solutions, LLC from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in her career she held various senior and managerial positions with Northrop Grumman Information Systems and Lockheed Martin Enterprise Solutions Services. Ms. Fisher holds Project Management Professional and Information Technology Infrastructure Library certifications since 2016.
