During his tenure at UMES, Dr. Forsythe focused on technological advancements, organizational positioning, and community engagement, which contributed to the development, growth and expansion of the university. Dr. Forsythe led the implementation of several projects at UMES that made the Eastern Shore more eco friendly in its use of energy. since 2014.
