Dr. Peter Blair Henry is an Independent Director of Company. Henry holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and received Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Oxford University, which he attended as a Rhodes Scholar. Author of Turnaround: Third World Lessons for First World Growth, Dr. Henry is a fellow of the Brookings Institution and a member of the board of directors of the National Bureau of Economic Research, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Economic Club of New York.
