Mr. Phillip Tighe serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Tighe was appointed School Bus Holdings Chief Financial Officer in March 2012, and the Companys Chief Financial Officer upon completion of the Business Combination in February 2015. Before joining School Bus Holdings, Mr. Tighe worked for the Ford Motor Company for 36 years, holding a variety of positions that included financial control and strategic planning, both domestically and internationally, and was stationed in North America, South America, Asia and Europe. Immediately prior to joining School Bus Holdings, Mr. Tighe was based in Shanghai with Ford where he was Executive Director of Strategy and Business Planning from 2006 to 2011. His prior positions included Vice President, Finance and Planning Ford Asia Pacific Africa, CFO Ford Mexico, CFO Mazda Europe and CFO Ford Venezuela since 2015.
