Mr. Dennis M. Donovan is Independent Director of the company. Mr. Donovan was director of the Company since completion of the Business Combination in 2015 and was appointed Senior Advisor at COAC in 2015. From 2008 to 2009 Mr. Donovan was a senior executive and director of COAC. He joined COAC in 2007 as Chief Human Resource Officer. Mr. Donovan previously served as Executive Vice President Human Resources at The Home Depot from 2001 to 2007. He was Senior Vice President Human Resources at Raytheon from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Donovan spent 26 years at General Electric Company working in a number of the companys businesses and at the corporate headquarters. He was named an officer of General Electric in 1991. Mr. Donovan has served on the board and compensation committee of Reydel Automotive LDC an interior systems business since 2014. Mr. Donovan served on the School Bus Holdings board from 2008 to 2015 and has also previously served on the boards and compensation committees of Traxis Financial Group and Nabi Optima Holdings affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management engaged in the manufacturing financing and sales of vehicles in the transportation sector. Mr. Donovan served as a director of Tower International Inc. from 2010 to January 2014. He was an advisor to Towers board and compensation committee and to the boards and compensation committees of GMI Holding Corporationrationration Freedom Group Inc. and NewPage Corporationrationration all of which are or were affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management
