Mr. Simon Xiaoming Hu serves as President, Alibaba Cloud Computing of the Company. Prior to his current position, Simon served in various management positions at our company and at Ant Financial Services since he joined us in June 2005. He served as chief risk officer of Ant Financial Services from November 2013 to October 2014. From July 2009 to November 2013, he was general manager of our SME loan business. Before joining our company, Simon worked in financial institutions including China Construction Bank and China Everbright Bank for over ten years. He serves as an independent director of Zhejiang Daily Media Group Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and a director of Hundsun Technologies Inc., a Company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Simon received a bachelor degree in finance from Zhejiang University and an executive MBA degree from China Europe International Business School. since 2014.
