Mr. Borje E. Ekholm serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Ekholm is currently the president and Chief Executive Officer of Ericsson. Prior to becoming president and Chief Executive Officer in 2005, Mr. Ekholm was a member of the management group of Investor AB. Previously, Mr. Ekholm worked at McKinsey Co. Inc. Mr. Ekholm currently serves as a member of the board of Ericsson and as a member of the board of trustees of the private school Choate Rosemary Hall since 2015.
