Mr. Connor was elected to the partnership in 1980 and was appointed to KPMGs SEC Reviewing Partners Committee in 1987 where he served until his retirement. From 1996 to September 2008, he served as the Managing Partner of KPMGs Denver office. Mr. Connor earned his B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Colorado. Mr. Connor is a member of the board of directors of Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. a provider of bandwidth infrastructure and colocation services, and the chairman of its audit committee since 2013.
