Mr. Beyer served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. from 2008 to 2012 and served as a director of Freescale until April 2013. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Intersil Corporation from 2002 to 2008 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Elantec Semiconductor, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. Mr.Beyer also serves as a director of Micron Technology, Inc. and Dialog Semiconductor PLC. We believe Mr.Beyers qualifications to sit on our Board of Directors include his decades of experience in the semiconductor industry as well as his extensive executive leadership experience. since 2013.
