Mr. John G. McLaughlin is a Independent Director of Leisureworld Senior Care Corporationration Mr. McLaughlin is President of Tall Oak Management Inc., a privately held management consulting and investment company. From 2004 to 2012 Mr. McLaughlin served on the Board of Directors of Futuremed Healthcare Products Corporation serving as Chairman from 2006 to March 2012. From 2008 to 2011, he served on the Board of Directors of Aim Health Group where he was Chair of the Audit Committee. Currently, he is a Director of Medical Pharmacies Group Inc., a privately held institutional and retail pharmacy company. Previously, Mr. McLaughlin worked in various positions with Extendicare Inc. including Managing Director of Extendicare Ltd., President of Extendicare Inc., and President of Extendicare Health Care Services Inc., Extendicares US operations. Prior to joining Extendicare Mr. McLaughlin was Chief Executive Officer of a number of Canadian hospitals. He has served on the Board of the Ontario Long Term Care Association in several posts including Chair. He is a graduate of St. Marys University and of the University of Western Ontarios Executive Development Program. since 2010.

Sienna Senior Living Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Sienna Senior's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Sienna Senior inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Sienna.
