Mr. Bjoern Gulden was Member of the Board of Directors of Pandora AS since August 13, 2013. He is Member of the Remuneration Committee. He was previously President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board of the Company from March 1, 2012 until July 1, 2013. Prior to that, since 2000, he was Managing Director of the Deichmann Group, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of the wholly owned retail chains Rack Room Shoes and Off Broadway Shoes in the United States. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Vice President of Apparel and Accessories at Adidas, and was part of the Management Group that took Adidas public in 1995. He serves on the boards of Tchibo GmbH, Borussia Dortmund GmbH Co. KGaA, Salling Group AS and Deichmann SE. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Puma SE. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Rogaland in Norway, and a MBA from the Babson Graduate School of Business in Boston, the United States. since 2013.
